Why do we love Mahana 306? It is right on the beach and has great views from the living room, the lanai, and even the bedroom. We can see two other islands, Molakai and Lanai, see whales in the winter, and see windsurfers anytime. It is a short walk to good restaurants or to a supermarket if we want to make dinner in the kitchen or use one of the Mahana's outdoor grills and eat beside the lovely pool and sauna. Some details: The bedroom has a king size bed and a comfortable queen size convertible sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is a clothes washer and dryer. A television/VHS/DVD set is in the living room and there is a television set in the bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have a telephone. And there is free DSL and WiFi.

We have named our special get-away “Nani”, which means beauty in Hawaiian, for the spectacular expanse of ocean and sky that one can see from our 10th floor ocean-front vacation home. Deposit Policy & Cancellation
A 5 night deposit per unit is due at time of booking. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, unless the unit is re-rented. For all reservations cancelled after receipt of the deposit, there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
CHECK IN is after 3:00 PM local time. CHECK OUT is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. No late check-outs. If you are in the room after check-out time there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
