There are plenty of beaches to go to. Go to a new beach everyday. Tide pools to explore, boogie boarding, etc... Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, Airport Beach...
#2 - Snorkeling from the Shore
Snorkeling is fun and interesting for all ages. Make sure everyone is comfortable and supervised. Rent snorkel gear any where.
#3 - Maui Ocean Center
Well worth the visit. This aquarium is all about the sea life you will see in Hawaii. Located in Maalaea harbor.
#4 - Bumper boats, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, and trampoline
These four activities are all at the Maui Golf & Sports Park, open every day in Maui’s central valley near the aquarium.
#5 - Frisbee Golf in Napili
Beginners course in Napili Park. Link to web site. There are two other courses in Maui: Kahului Park and Polipoli.
#6 - Surf Lessons
You can surf on Maui anytime of the year. Winter has the Northwest Swells and in the Summer the swells come out of the South. Lahaina is midway and has lot of Surf Schools.

You can get a lesson or rent a board everywhere. Lessons in Kapalua, Napili, Kaanapali, ...
#8 - Hiking
Great hiking trails that start at Kapalua Bay.
