We have a wonderful breeze and sheltered shaded location. Also for your comfort, the home has a Quad-Zone AC system and ceiling fans in every room. Two of our bathrooms have ceiling fans as well. -This is a single story, lower unit with no long flights of stairs or long corridors to traverse. One parking stall is assigned to unit.
